In this video I’m going to show you a few dip variations that will allow you to tie up different muscle groups depending on what you’re looking to try. This dip I’m currently showing you is for your tricep. What you want to do is come down to below 90 degrees and fully lock out at the top of the motion. And you always want to lock out unless you are using heavy resistance. This next variation is great for developing your deltoids and developing your shoulder strength. You want to maintain a forward lean so that the stress is constantly on your deltoid. This exercise right here is great if you’re not looking to improve a particular muscle group as it works the trap deltoid, chest, and tricep pretty much equally. This last variation right here is great if you’re looking to really develop the chest. All you have to do is maintain a forward lean, go down very dip, a bit lower than 90 degrees, and come up three-quarters of the way. Thanks for watching, guys.
